Not every booking deal works the same way. Some agencies work with a flat guarantee. Others have deals where production costs and travel are deducted from the gross before the agency fee is calculated. A lot of European agencies work this way. Until now that meant calculating outside Artistu. Not anymore.
Cost deductions built into the booking
You can now add costs directly to a booking. Production, flights, hotels, per diems. Artistu calculates the agency fee on the net amount automatically.
All the numbers live in one place. Invoices and statements pull from the same data. No spreadsheet on the side, no reconciliation at the end of the month.
What changed in statements v2
The new statement builder gives you full control over what goes on a statement. You can now exclude costs, which is handy when you need to send a clean revenue summary to an artist or promoter without showing your internal breakdown.
Statements export as PDF and can be downloaded or sent directly from Artistu. Cleaner layout, clearer sections, better support for complex deal structures.
