Not everyone in your agency needs to see the same things. An agent handles bookings and fees. A tour manager needs schedules and logistics. An assistant should not be looking at financial statements. Artistu now lets you set exactly what each person can access.
Set permissions per team member
In team settings you can now configure access individually for every person in your workspace. Control who can see financial details, view invoices, download contracts and which artists they have access to. Each person gets exactly what they need, nothing more.
This makes it easy to bring more people into Artistu without worrying about the wrong person seeing the wrong thing. Tour managers, assistants, external collaborators. You can set everyone up in a few clicks.
Subscribe to external calendar feeds
Artistu has always let you push your roster to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook via iCal. Now it works the other way too. You can subscribe to external iCal feeds and they show up right next to your Artistu bookings.
Useful when artists on your roster have gigs outside your agency, or when you want to overlay a festival calendar or venue availability. Everything in one place.
