Global calendar
The calendar is the core of the platform. Every confirmed or pending show lives here, alongside travel and logistics, so your whole operation is visible at a glance.
Bookings
The bookings list shows every upcoming show with its status, so you always know what needs attention next.
Every booking opens into a single overview with the show details, venue, and timing in one place.
From there, dedicated tabs take you deeper:
- Deal – Fees, deal terms, and extras.
- Invoices – Generate or upload invoices for the booking.
- Agreements – Contracts with online signatures.
- Advancing – Riders, hospitality, and show logistics.
- Travel – Flights, drivers, and hotels.
Deal Terms
Build the complete deal for a show in seconds. Combine performance fees with composable deal terms and record exactly what the promoter provides, from hotels and transport to technical production.
Deal terms can be saved as templates per artist, so recurring conditions are applied to new bookings instantly.
Booking Offers and Pipeline
Incoming requests no longer live in your inbox. The offers section gives you a pipeline for every potential show. Offers arrive through your own public booking request forms, you counter or accept them in a click, and accepted offers convert directly into bookings with all details carried over.
Files and Notes
Drag and drop riders, itineraries, contracts, and any other documents straight onto a booking. Everything is stored in one place and available to your team and in the app.
Notes come in two flavors: artist notes that the artist can see, and internal notes for your team only. Both are saved per booking, so nothing gets lost in chat threads.
Financial Tracking
Every booking shows its financial breakdown, from performance and booking fees to travel and accommodation costs. Totals update as you type, so budgets stay transparent without a spreadsheet on the side.
Invoicing and Statements
Generate branded invoices per booking or manage them centrally in the financial section. Artistu supports e-invoicing through the Peppol network, financial statements per artist or period with PDF export, and an insight dashboard that shows how your whole operation is performing.
Events and Logistics
Around every show there is logistics. Artistu models these as events with their own specialized forms: flights with live flight data and automatic status updates, hotels, drives, trains, appointments, and a flexible generic type for everything else.
Events appear on the calendar alongside bookings, and routes can be viewed on an integrated map.
Tasks and Booking Checklist
Each booking includes a checklist so nothing is forgotten between confirmation and show day. Completed steps are checked off automatically, giving your team a clear view of progress.
Contacts
All your clients, promoters, and their people live in one place. When creating bookings, contact details are re-used automatically, and people can be linked to companies so you always know who you are dealing with.

Artist Profiles
Artist profiles hold everything that repeats between shows: agreement templates, deal templates, currencies, and booking fees per artist. Each artist also gets a presskit page to share riders, photos, and technical documents.
